Early Adopters
Here’s the deal, straight.
You get the whole platform free for 90 days. No card. Every trade, the full close, the change orders, the follow-up drips, all of it.
After that it’s $49 a month, and that price doesn’t go up as long as you keep using it.
That’s not $49 off the entry tier. The full bundle is $499 a month — every trade, including fully-modeled general contracting: kitchens, baths, additions. You’ll pay $49 for it, and you’ll still be paying $49 when everybody else is paying $499.
Straight about the one condition: stay with us and that price holds. Let the account lapse and come back later, you rejoin at whatever it costs then. I’d rather say that now than argue about it in two years.
We put it on your site for you, with your prices, your logo, your colors. You don’t set anything up.
And you get my actual phone number. Not a support queue, not a ticket. My cell. You’ll be one of a small number of people, and I intend to pick up.
It isn’t free. The price is your feedback.
Here’s the trade, and I want to be exact about it so nobody’s surprised.
You owe me four phone calls. Fifteen to thirty minutes each.
-
One in your first few days
while everything is still confusing and you haven’t gotten used to the rough edges yet. That call is worth more than the other three combined, and you can only give it to me once.
-
One at 30 days.
-
One at 60 days.
-
One at 90 days.
That’s it. That’s the whole bill for three months of a $499 platform.
And I want the real thing on those calls. What’s confusing. What’s wrong for your market. What the form doesn’t ask that it should. What you tried to do and couldn’t figure out. Where it wasted your time instead of saving it.
Tell me what’s good too — I need to know what to protect as much as what to fix.
You’re not a customer during those 90 days. You’re a pilot partner. I’m building this for guys who do what you do, and I can’t do that from Oregon guessing at what your Tuesday looks like. So help me build it. Tell me what you want in it. Tell me what’s missing. The stuff you tell me on call one shows up in the product by call three — you’ll watch it happen.
At 90 days I’ll ask whether you’d be willing to say publicly if it worked. If it did, great. If it didn’t, I want to hear that even more, and your $49 stands either way.
- 90 daysfree, no card
- $49a month after that
- $499what the same bundle costs everyone else
- 4 calls15–30 minutes each. That's the whole bill
Who this is actually for
A working contractor. Somebody who’s on a job site this week, who writes his own estimates at night, and who’s lost work because he couldn’t get a number back fast enough.
That’s it. Solo guy with a helper, three-truck outfit, a GC running remodels — doesn’t matter. What matters is you’re doing the work, not managing people who do the work. This was built for the guy at the kitchen table at 9pm, and that’s who it fits.
Who it isn’t for: somebody who wants to poke at it for a week and disappear. Not because I’ll be annoyed — because you’d be taking a slot from a guy who’ll actually use it, and the whole point is finding out what breaks in the real world.
What you’re actually getting
Every one of these works today:
-
A real itemized estimate in about two minutes
materials, labor, your region, your markup on every line.
-
A PDF that reads like a contractor wrote it
, under your logo.
-
The full close
estimate, contract, deposit, and a start date booked on your calendar, without a phone call.
-
Change orders that get signed
priced at your numbers, one-tap approve, rolled into the job total with the original bid frozen.
-
Follow-ups that fire themselves
when a customer goes quiet.
-
Your price wins.
Edit anything and yours stands, permanently.
-
Nothing sends until your thumb says go.
Ever, unless you change that setting yourself.
-
Todo en español
the whole journey, real trade Spanish, prices identical to the penny.

About the number of spots
There’s a limit, and I’m not going to tell you what it is.
No countdown timer. No “3 spots left.” That stuff is a lie almost every time somebody puts it on a website, and if I’d lie to you about that you’d be right to wonder what else.
Seats are limited because I’m installing these by hand and there are only so many hours. When they’re full, we’ll just say so.
The honest part
This isn’t finished. There are trades I want deeper. There’s a feature list I’m still working through. You will find something that’s wrong.
I’d rather tell you that now than have you find out in week two and feel lied to.
What I’ll promise is this: you can see every number before it goes out, you can change any of them, and the thing that keeps me up at night is the same thing that keeps you up — that a bad number goes to a customer with your name on it. I’ve built the whole company around making that impossible.
You like it? Good — we’re here to help. You don’t? That’s fine too.
